We will save yours and our  time, if we  answer the frequently asked questions about pellets.

 1.Because pellets burn better, then  firewoods many  think ,  that pellets  it processed something or add chemical additions to them.It not so. They burn better due to the closeness. The closeness of pellets   is higher, than of  firewoods (pellets  sink in water).A natural  lignin is responsible for agglutination of pellets  and it is not required to add relating substances.

 2.There is a mistake  about  a  question  the required amount for heating. A heating value of 1 kg of pellets  ( approximately) is 5 kW/h, that will be sufficient for heating in the flow of hour approximately 50 sq. m.

 3.The color of pellets  will say nothing  about their quality. Only analysis of ash, at their incineration, will help to know quality of purchased pellets for you.

4 Pellets  does not rot and does not distribute an odor nuisance at storage.(Well only in case if Your lady-cat found the supplies of pellets, that can be used, as a filler for a cat-like toilet, and that so like to the domestic  animals) The process of making at high temperature pressure abandons no chances for microorganisms. A bad smell will not be therefore.

5.Sadly, but pellets cauldrons MUST be cleaned. Even using best quality pellets. Ash-content of pellets about 0,5 %,and, at incineration of ton of pellets, there will be about 5 kg of ash on a remain. Yes, certainly, something will fly away in a pipe, but ash box and surfaces of heat-exchanger desirably periodically to clean.
